Shipping Time:
On average processing takes 1-4 business days and delivery takes up to 10 business days. In total that is up to 14 business days from the time we receive payment untill it arrives at your shipping destination.
Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 7 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 14 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Please note: We are unable to send express shipping or speed up your order in anyway. All shoes are shipped via EMS/USPS Express.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping is always FREE to US, Canada, and UK customers regardless of the order size or weight.
- All shipping automatically includes a $100 insurance by jordanshoesstore.com
- In some instances usually European orders, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (Very Rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.
Returns Information:
***Unacceptable reasons for a return: colors of the shoes are darker/lighter than pictured, shoes had minor color differences from the picture, shoes do not fit (due in part of error by the customer), I would rather have a different shoe.***
- Should you receive the incorrect size, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item prior to any returns so we can provide the correct instructions on returning the item.
- Should you receive an item with a defect or damage, you must contact us within 5 days and provide a digital picture of the item received.
- Please note that an exchange/return can be just requested once per order.
- We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from jordanshoesstore.com can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..)
- Should you wish to return the item for any other reason, please contact us and we may look into it.
- All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee regardless of the order size.
- The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us!
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or ship out the new items until we have received the items from you
Exchanges:
- The difference between the item(s) returned and exchanged will be processed accordingly. If the returned item is greater in value, a refund will be issued for the difference. If the exchange item is greater in value, the difference will be charged to the original method of payment. A handling fee and a regular shipping fee of merchandise will be charged for exchanges.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend you to ship package with insurance or obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
